The Performance Health Group’s philosophy is based on the principle that optimal joint function is dependent on healthy soft tissues, and vice versa. We have experienced much success in the treatment of numerous soft tissue injuries, ranging from the restoration of full pain free range of motion in chronic neck and shoulder conditions to the resolution of carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica.

We have found Chiropractic, Active Release Techniques® and Low Intensity Light Therapy (Laser) to be a strong line up of treatments for these conditions. Emphasis is also placed on rehabilitative exercises to improve strength and flexibility. These exercises play an important part in the overall treatment of long standing or recurring problems.

The Performance Health Group are the official providers to the BC Lions football clubs, as well as numerous NHL hockey players, Olympic and National team members (e.g. track and field, triathlons, alpine skiing, power lifting, rugby, soccer, squash…) and professional dancers. We have provided treatment at the Olympic Games, Pan American Games, the Commonwealth Games, and the Ironman Triathlon in Penticton. With that said, a good part of our practice centers on the office worker and recreational athletes.
